Subject: Domains
of Accountability Project - The Conditions at California Public
Utilities Commission
Dear Mr. Larson:
The Concerned
Staff Committee wishes to inform you that California Public Utilities
Commission is one of the state bureaucracies selected by the Concerned
Staff Committee to develop data demonstrating lack of Accountability
for managerial gross misconduct, gross inefficiencies and to show
that management failed to conduct impact analyses on its various
programs so as to detect developing problems.
We will focus
on two interrelated questions:
Accountability
to Whom?
Accountability
for What?
In view of our
resent experience with the long delay to get a response from our
last Public Records Act request, all future requests will be addressed
to Michael Peevey, President of the Commission.
Note: We have
still not received the requested PUCTRA FUNDS EXPENDITURES documents
Sincerely,
Yaya Fanusie,
Ph.D.
