Mr. Kenneth K. Henderson, Assistant Chief Administrative Law Judge,
This is to inform you that I am not interested in having a "Skelly
meeting" with you. It has nothing to do with you. So go about
your normal duties. I will give the CSEA LRR a copy of the adverse
action and I will state that I do not want CSEA REPRESENTATION ON
THIS MATTER.
I have no intention to waste your time, and the Commission's resources
over this Adverse Action. I am very busy with my African Project.
When I have time in the future, I will focus on this.
