Please direct Cleveland Lee to respond in the legal, lawful and appropriate manner to What Now?!/The Concerned Staff Committee Public Records Acts Request of June 7, 2005.(Please open Attached).

Tell Attorney Cleveland W. Lee, CPUC Staff Attorney, to send the response in the correct manner.

His August 10, 2005 is not acceptable as addressed. I did not make request as an employee of the Commission. I made the request as Yaya Fanusie, Ph.D, Publisher What Now?! Newsletter.

Please note I am getting tired of your "Dog and Pony Show" on this issue. Obey and Comply with the Public Records Act of California.

what we are concerned about happened before you were appointed Executive Director of CPUC; therefore you should give us what we want. What you may not know is that CPUC is what is going to make or break Arnold in Next elections. We are going to make similar request for another Division of the Commission. It is in your interest to cooperate with us.
