Mr. Steve Larson,
Executive Director of CPUC,
Let me make
it clear to you that I have nothing against you so far even though
I do not like how you kept those in management who should have been
fired since I understand what some of your senior managers are made
off.
Please direct
Cleveland Lee to respond in the legal, lawful and appropriate manner
to What Now?!/The Concerned Staff Committee Public Records Acts
Request of June 7, 2005.(Please open Attached).
Tell Attorney
Cleveland W. Lee, CPUC Staff Attorney, to send the response in the
correct manner.
His August 10,
2005 is not acceptable as addressed. I did not make request as an
employee of the Commission. I made the request as Yaya Fanusie,
Ph.D, Publisher What Now?! Newsletter.
Please note
I am getting tired of your "Dog and Pony Show" on this
issue. Obey and Comply with the Public Records Act of California.
Also, do not
mess with my constitutional rights. Trust me you do not know me;
if you do you will understand that when I say do not mess with my
constitutional rights! You should not.
Sincerely
Yaya Fanusie,
Ph.D

Dear Steve,
No response
from June 2005 request. See attached.
Please state
when you are going to provive the information we requested.
what we are
concerned about happened before you were appointed Executive Director
of CPUC; therefore you should give us what we want. What you may
not know is that CPUC is what is going to make or break Arnold in
Next elections. We are going to make similar request for another
Division of the Commission. It is in your interest to cooperate
with us.
