Dear Mr. Clanon:

On January 12, 2004, I went to Assembly Member Darrell Steinberg’s district office on 915 L Street in Sacramento to obtain a copy of the transcript of your testimony to his legislative committee investigating the California Energy Debacle-2000.
I believed you appeared before the Darrell Steinberg Assembly Committee sometime in 2001.

Ms. Diana Cowan, Field Representative who works for Darrell Steinberg told me that she needs the dates when you appeared before the committee for her to retrieve and give me a copy of your testimony.

Do you remember the date(s) when you appeared?

We need a copy of your testimony for an article for What Now?! on your role in the Energy Deregulation in California.
