Dear Mr. Larson,

I just emailed to you a letter which was sent to President Peevey in November 20, 2003 but we did not get a reply and the situations covered in the letter have not been resolved.

Did President Peevey receive it and also what actions did he take? On what grounds, legal, lawful, budgetary, administrative provide the named staff members to continue working in Los Angeles?

We need to know because we are crafting a document to send to the governor to indicate to him that we want President Peevey remove as President of the Commission.

We believe that you are extremely qualified to offer prudent advice to President Peevey how this should have been remedied last year when he was notified.

We are revisiting this issue now because we planned it that way. Waiting for Commissioners Lynch and Wood terns to end and then submit our request to the Governor.
