Concerned employees of the Department of Industrial Relations have alleged that you awarded a $25,000 research contract to your friend Don Villarejo and no research was done.

Provide a copy of the final product of the research to What Now?!.

Please respond by March 23, 2003. If you fail to respond, by March 23, 2003, we will then take the matter up with Governor Gray Davis and other controlling agencies of the State Government of California.
