Ms. Karen Brandt Dear Ms. Brandt, Enclosed is a copy of a letter I sent to Mr.Ken Willis, CPA and Manager of Investigations at the Bureau of State Audits. I furnished him with forty six exhibits to support my charges of management malfeasance, corruption, incompetency, and inefficiency at the CPUC. Some of these exhibits are identical to attachments I have included in my correspondences to you. I believe you already have a sufficient number of these exhibits to support the charges I made in my correspondences to SPB. If, however, you desire or require more of these exhibits, I will be happy to supply you with them. In the meanwhile, I am enclosing annotated copies of the first four exhibits plus a copy of my resume detailing my work experience prior to my employment at the CPUC. Thank you for your efforts on my behalf. We all benefit by correcting injustice and corruption.
