Re: Use of state resources to circulate Racial Graphics and Ethnic
Slurs among Staff of DIR in San Francisco.
Dear
Governor Gray Davis:
The
concerned staff at the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR)
requests your immediate intervention to prevent a major outbreak
of Racial and Ethnic Conflicts within the Department. An employee
of DSLR-DIR was targeted for inappropriate materials on his State
computer. The materials in question came from a female student employee
who has a “close relationship” with the Division Chief,
David Aroner, who initiated the adverse action but refused to take
similar action against his “girlfriend” who authored
and circulated all the offensive emails (see attachments).
The
Concerned Staff of the Dept. of Industrial Relations requests that
you investigate and remove the following individuals from their
post at the Dept of Industrial Relations. Remove David Aroner, Division
Chief. Remove Maria Robbins, Deputy Chief and Vagros Madjd-Sadjadi,
Research Manager, for complicity in the destruction of Evidence.
And Restore xxx to his former job.
Sincerely,
Yaya
