This is a complaint letter. The subject is William Ahern, your Executive Director. I am enclosing a copy of an appeal letter I wrote to him on May 15th, this year. I received an extremely negative reply.

Following Dr. Ahern’s negative reply, I proceeded with my personal and whistleblower complaints to the Governor’s Office, the State Auditor and the State Personnel Board (copies enclosed).

The reason I appealed to Dr. Ahern, rather than to you, to correct the retirement pay injustice I received at the CPUC is that you were not on board at the time the injustice began. Dr. Ahern was.

I realize that Mr. Peter Arth, the prime instigator of this injustice, is currently one of your chief advisors. Despite this, and the failure of Dr. Ahern to assume responsibility for correcting the injustice, can you possibly see fit to clear this stigma from the record of past CPUC administrative errors.
