We support your public policy objective of making state government efficient, responsive and effective. Exterminate waste, duplication, outmoded practices and redundancies.

The California Taxpayers need NEW MANAGERS AND LEADERS in charge of the various departments and agencies of the State Bureaucracy.

Managers and leaders who are honest and competent are required if your stated goal of turning California around is to become a reality.

The organizational cultures of many of the state bureaucracies are long overdue for major changes.

We need organizational cultures that allow workers of the civil service do their best for the public because they work within an organizational culture which fosters creativity and innovation.

You need to remove Managers and supervisors who are ill-equipped, ill-prepared to function in managerial and leadership roles.

We want you to continue blowing boxes but wait; it is not beneficial to you or the public to blow up empty boxes. That will be perceived as a futile exercise. You do not want to do that.

We need the boxes full. Let us put grossly inefficient, incompetent, dishonest, corrupt managers and supervisors in those empty boxes. And we will label them “FULL” and you can then “Blow them Up”.

Blowing up Empty Boxes would not get you votes in the Next Elections.
